Linen Service Included: Sheets, bath towels, washcloths, bathmats, and hand towels provided.
Rental Agreement Required: To be completed via DocuSign.
House Rules:
Age Requirement: Must be 26 or older to book, with an adult required for minors. No bookings for college students under 26.
ID & Guest Information: Photos of IDs for all guests 16+ and a list of occupants must be sent to the property manager prior to arrival (for insurance and emergency purposes).
Compliance: All Ocean Lakes and South Carolina rules apply. Violations may result in removal from the property without a refund.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Evidence of pets will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
Propane Grill: Available for guest use.
No Golf Cart Violations: Please adhere to Ocean Lakes guidelines.
