4 families and our kids enjoyed a wonderful week at the house. Our older boys were in a baseball tournament and this was the perfect house for our families. Was stocked for our needs. Location was perfect with a quick walk to the beach. Owner responded to questions within a timely manner and was extremely helpful.

The unit itself was fine, just needed some attention given to corners and baseboards, dusting. Coffee pot had not been cleaned. Still had old, used filter in it. Could use some chairs, as well as night stands in bedrooms. Location was fine. There were 4 “older” couples, and we all agreed unit needed a good cleaning. We enjoyed location of the unit - very convenient.

The pictures don’t give an accurate description. The floors were absolutely disgusting. The comforters were full of dog hair when it’s supposed to be no pets. The layout and accommodations were perfect for our size family but it definitely needs a deep cleaning. We left it cleaner than when we got it.

Loved the location and proximity to beach. House needs a major cleaning, ie room fans, floors and oven. Stove and dishwasher very old. Could feel the springs in mattresses. Living room chairs have no padding. One bedroom door knob on backwards. Could not lock from inside. Extra linens especially bath mats would be nice. For the price I expected more. Also a hidden service fee was not disclosed when booking.

I brought my family (9 ppl) down to celebrate my Mom and Dad's 50th wedding anniversary, and we had a blast! Everyone loved the house, including my Mom who is very particular about where she lays her head!! The property and house were immaculate and super close to the beach (1/2 block). The kitchen was well stocked and I loved that every one of the four bedrooms had a bathroom. That along with the fact there was so much room in the house made life a lot easier. I would love to come back next summer!
