long weekend stay

great property and location right on beach. we all loved gathering on deck to enjoy the beach. property is as pictured, spacious, clean, except sofas need to shampooed.(which is the only knock on cleanliness) fully equipped kitchen and up to date appliances. fyi, the pier , which is 2-3 houses down, is undergoing major reconstruction, with cranes and construction workers.

Golf Weekend

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was great and the amenities, size, etc worked well for our group (4 adult males, aged 45-50). The only negative would be overall lack of cleanliness. The couches were clearly old, worn and with multiple large and ugly-looking stains. Our group did not take issue with this as we could cover couches with sheets however if I were with my wife or family this would have been a major issue. This should be taken care of. There were also dead cockroaches (palmetto bugs) in the downstairs bathroom. We removed these ourselves but again, this could have been a problem if staying for different occasion. Either the property was not cleaned or checked on prior to our stay or someone did a very poor job doing so. Not bashing the property itself but the cleanliness has to be noted if asking for honest feedback.
