Welcome to our beautifully renovated OCEANFRONT 2 story condo. This bright and airy home is sure to delight you with ocean views from EVERY WINDOW!

We are located in the peaceful and charming north end of Surfside Beach. No high rises here…just homes and 3-4 story condo complexes! We are an easy 7 block walk to the brand new Surfside pier and our cute little dining district.

Both bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) are located on the second floor, and each has its own private bathroom. There is ALSO a half bath on the first floor.

Enjoy your morning coffee while you sit on the oceanfront balcony and watch the sunrise. After a relaxing day spent lounging by the pool, swimming in the surf, or strolling on our clean, wide beach - return to your balcony for an evening cocktail.

Cook three meals a day in the well appointed kitchen, or go to one of the many fabulous restaurants that are just a short walk or drive away.

This home is located only minutes from world class golf, wonderful shopping, amusement parks, fishing piers, two ocean front state parks, fabulous Vegas-style shows, Brookgreen Gardens, The Pawleys Island Hammock Shops Village, and best of all - the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk! Murrells Inlet was once a quaint little fishing village, but is now known as The Seafood Capital of South Carolina. Here you can choose from at least a dozen outstanding restaurants. After your evening meal, go for a stroll along the Marshwalk and take in all the sights and sounds of beautiful Murrells Inlet. Watching the changing tides, the wildlife, and the sun setting over the Inlet will make you want to come back here again and again. Return during the day and rent a jet ski, a kayak, or a paddle board and explore the inlet on your own. You can even take a deep sea fishing charter or a sunset cruise.

No matter what activities you choose to do, MyShells will be waiting for you at the end of the day to provide you with a well appointed, clean, attractive and comfortable home away from home!

*This townhome occupies the second and third floors of a three story building. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.*

**This townhome is NOT suitable for people who have difficulty going up and down stairs.**

**Owner has a dog, so this home is NOT SUITABLE for people who are highly allergic to pet dander.**

For your security and ours, there is a ring doorbell/security camera *OUTSIDE* the front door. Our energy saving EcoBe thermostat TURNS THE HVAC OFF if the balcony door or the main door are left open for more than 4 minutes. You will be provided with your own personal code to gain enteance to our home via our electronic door lock. No keys required!

Beach chairs are not provided.

Parking is limited to 2 spots (1 assigned and 1 guest). The guest spot is NOT guaranteed. No trailers are permitted.

SMOKING, PARTIES and PETS are prohibited.
NO LIGHTED CANDLES allowed.

Our townhome is in an OLD (37 years) but CHARMING building which means it needs loving, periodic exterior and grounds maintenance. This is NOT a suitable rental for guests who require a modern building with a pristine exterior and grounds. We love our home’s character and her charm, but we certainly understand that not everyone will appreciate her.

Second Visit as Great as the First

This is our second time stay at this property and it is one of our favorite spots. We have stayed at a number of very nice properties over the years, and this property is by far the cleanest property we have visited. Fully stocked, great ocean view, well kept furniture, quiet location and within walking distance (half mile) of several restaurants. Michelle is a great hostess - easy to contact and quick to respond. You will love this property.

Lovely Stay

The rooms were very accommodating and we really loved the layout of the whole place. The renter made staying very seamless and the area was quiet but had plenty to do. Coming and going was very easy and Myrle’s Inlet has the best Dunkin in the whole area… probably in the whole country to be honest.

Surfside Beach

This property was wonderful, so clean and well stocked with eveything you needed. The host, Michelle is so helpful and friendly. She even checked on us to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this property and will go back.

Tranquil and Perfect

Michelle made sure everything was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. The condo was clean, well stocked, and better than all the reviews combined. Great accommodations for a few people

Beautiful view. Clean and had everything we needed. Overall property was disappointing because of the construction going on around the pool and on the exterior of the building.

Amazing Stay

Michelle's place is incredible. It was exactly as posted but the pictures don't do it justice. Her place was amazing and comfortable. It was so pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. We just had to walk down some stairs and we were on the beach. Michelle was great to work with. We appreciate her quick response to our questions. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Michelle's. We look forward to coming back.

Michelle’s condo was just as pictured! The views were stunning, I felt like I was visiting a friend’s home and everything you could think of was provided for you (Qtips, beach towels, magnifying mirror, coffee, spices, cooking needs, games, etc.). Wonderful week in Surfside Beach!

Excellent rental property and location

Loved our stay… all the amenities were perfect. Unfortunately the balcony was still under construction however that encouraged us to go to the beach and be more active! Which turned out to be more fun ❤️ Perfect location and rental for any aged family and a hop skip and jump to great dining opportunities Restaurants were delicious Saved on gas and time Michelle the owner was very courteous, available and her rental is beautifully decorated and wonderfully organized Would highly recommend ☺️

This place was exactly how it was described, beautiful!

Everything was updated recently and they paid attention to detail in this unit. Location couldn’t be any better. Literally steps to the beach and close to dining and entertainment for the whole family! Ocean front unit with breathtaking views and pool when you need a break from the beach. The host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay! Would highly recommend this place!

Great beach experience

Our week at the beach was extremely enjoyable. Much of this was the result of the great Condo and Condo Manager. This unit was extremely clean, well decorated and equipped. We didn’t have a single need of a kitchen utensil that wasn’t available. Overall this a great condo with a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach.

Excellent place for a beach visit

The condo was simply the most organized and well equipped unit we have ever rented. Everything is labelled and the kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need for a week at the beach. The condo was just as described and we were very happy with it. It is perfectly suited for 4... if you try to do more than that, it will get crowded quickly. Thanks for an excellent visit!

Great Vacation

We had such an amazing vacation staying here. Michelle was awesome during the booking process and throughout the stay. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. The home was extremely clean and very well decorated and themed. It was right on the ocean with great views. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Surfside Beach. Perfect Surfside Stay

Michelle was a great host! She was available for any questions or issues at all times. She made check in/out super easy and convenient. The view was amazing, beach access is close on site, and the listing is true to the experience. Everything was clean, organized and well stocked for our stay. We would most certainly stay here again. If you're looking for a great place to stay in surfside that is walking distance to restaurants, has great views and is clean and organized, this is it!
