"I rented this property for the first time. I usually rent it for my Fiance's mom so she could stay over there, which would be under my name as I usually rent the property in front of the pink house. From my experience, everything was clean. You can find everything in there and I love how it was all simplified. Just know that the month of July, August, September, and probably November are when the Jellyfish shows up. Other than that, the water is filter but I would bring water bottles just in case anything happens to the sink just like any other property because it is the beach. I remember the last time I was there with my Fiance's mom, the TV wasn't working. So they had to get a new remote, the assistant was kind enough to get a brand new remote. The sofa is comfortable. The washer / dryer machine are convenient too because you don't have to worry about bending your knees, not that I have knee problems but I dislike doing that. Other than that, the host was very quick in her replies, overall it was enjoyable. One thing I would recommend is probably labeling the lights/switches near the door and the shower at the parking lot. The parking lot shower took me some quite time to figure out which one is one. I eventually figured it out myself. Overall it was an awesome stay!"
