Katy’s Dream is a residential home with almost 2500 ft.². It is fully equipped to host 13 guests. The home is professionally decorated, frequently updated and meticulously cleaned. There is plenty of space in the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen area with seating for everyone. The kitchen has modern appliances and is fully stocked. There are five bedrooms, all with attached baths, and 7 total beds to comfortably sleep everyone. There are 3 covered porches to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The master bedroom balcony has an amazing ocean view. There is a private pool. There are toys and games for the kids as well as a pack and play, highchair and bath seat for the younger ones. It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach, the Surfside Pier and several fabulous local restaurants and bars. There is a beach cart filled with everything you need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Everything from coffee and tea to linens to beach towels to shampoo is supplied, just bring your favorite book (although we have some of those to choose from too!) and your bathing suit!
