Welcome to Oceavniew Escape, our seaside haven in Surf Beach, Phillip Island! This new 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat promises a luxurious living experience, complete with 180° ocean views and direct beach access (30m from the front door).
Whether you're drawn to the warmth of the fireplace and hot tub or prefer the comfort of full-house heating and cooling, you'll find the perfect blend of comfort and coastal elegance, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Our property is a spacious 5-bedroom home designed to provide comfort and relaxation during your stay.
Living spaces:
The upstairs open plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen, 4-seat kitchen island, 10-seat dining table, fireplace, 75" TV and two lounge areas - all with beautiful 180° ocean views. The downstairs living area includes a 85" TV with a comfortable L-shape sleeper couch - perfect for movie nights.
Bedrooms:
1) Master Suite One (upstairs): Unwind in luxury with a King size bed with ocean views, lounge chair, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath and double vanity.
2) Master Suite Two (downstairs): Experience comfort in our second master suite with full ocean views, featuring a Queen size bed, lounge chairs and a dedicated ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity.
3) Bedroom 3 with a Queen size bed and Office Desk (downstairs): A tastefully appointed room with a Queen size bed, with direct access to the back deck and BBQ area. Also includes and an office desk with docking station and two monitors.
4) Family-Friendly Triple and Single Bunk Room (downstairs): Perfect for families or groups, this room boasts a triple bunk bed and an additional single bunk, with direct access to the backyard.
5) Bunk Room with Office Desk (upstairs): Whether catering to younger members of your group or those in need of a workspace, our bunk room offers versatility. Featuring two sets of single bunks and an office desk, giving you flexibility to suit diverse needs.
All bedrooms have quality beds with 100% cotton bed linen.
Bathrooms:
Two ensuite bathrooms, a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower and two powder rooms (upstairs and downstairs).
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped incl. high quality cookware, Japanese knives, a range of coffee equipment and an ample selection of serving ware. The kitchen also has a double door fridge and freezer and a 5-plate gas cook top and large oven - perfect for family dinner nights.
Kid-friendly:
We also cater for your smaller family members, with a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a high chair, portable cot, and children's cutlery, plates, and cups.
Laundry:
Washer, dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron are all available.
Rear deck, BBQ, hot tub, and Backyard:
The rear outdoor area features a large BBQ, plenty counter top space and a comfortable 10-seat outdoor dining set - perfect for Al Fresco dining!
A fully fenced large grassed backyard is complemented by an 8-person hot tub (pool towels provided), perfect for relaxing on colder nights, as well as an cosy outdoor firepit area.
Other things to note:
Kindly be aware that our home is brand new, and as with any new property, minor issues may arise. If you require any assistance, feel free to reach out - we're here to help.
The fireplace is only available from April to October, and wood for your first fire is supplied.
The outdoor firepit is now available, however, guests will need to supply their own wood for this.
We are happy to accept bookings for schoolies on a case-by-case basis - please send a booking enquiry.
Also note, we cannot accommodation any bookings for a commercial/business nature (e.g., you run a retreat business and want to book this house to run one of your retreats). This is only because our insurance will not cover bookings of such nature, so we cannot take on this risk.
