WELCOME TO YOUR HOLIDAY PARADISE! Enjoy spectacular views at the Island Escape, centrally located at Surf Beach on stunning Phillip Island. This holiday rental home is within walking distance to breathtaking beaches, and close to major attractions, wilderness areas, entertainment, and shopping.

The highlight of Island Escape is the fantastic private, heated indoor 12-meter swimming pool. It’s kept at a steady 30-32 degrees Celsius, perfect for everyone in your group to enjoy year-round (see photos). A luxurious 6-seater spa sits outdoors under the veranda, where guests can relax while overlooking the dunes and coastline. After a day discovering all the island has to offer, let your cares melt away in your own secluded oasis.

There is plenty of room for the entire family to unwind: 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, Home Theatre Room a fully-equipped kitchen, and an expansive outdoor fenced yard. Ideal location across from the sand dunes with the island’s best beaches located just across the street. If you enjoy surfing or fishing then look no further. Endless options for entertainment within 10km of the property.

Let the kids play on their own private playground or run free in the fenced yard. This ideal location on a double block means children have room to play safely and adults have room to park automobiles, boats, or jet skis.

Another huge hit, not only for the kids but adults as well is the newly set up Home Theatre Room. Stream all of your favourite content, whether it be live action sport or your favourite movies on the state of the art sound system with projector.

Enjoy Phillip Island wildlife viewing from your holiday home: Wallabies roam the sand dunes just across the street, and shearwater birds soar through the sky from September through March. A nature reserve lines the property on one side. The Penguin Parade, one of the island’s main attractions, is just a short drive away.

Perfect family getaway

Brilliant location and lots for the kids to do

What a great place. The owner Lucas was so lovely gave the kids toys for the pool etc. Thank you to Lucas for renting this gorgeous home. The kids loved playing with the chooks as well. Perfect location across the road from the beach.

Holiday stay

Fantastic holiday week with the family. Had fun swimming in the pool, relaxing in front of the fire, and watching some movies in the theatre room. Our dog enjoyed being able to come on our family holiday too. Very clean house with lots of amenities.

House to entertain

It’s a great house to entertain family and friends. We rented it for a whole weekend, did not need to go anywhere else the entire time. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and home theater!

Enjoyable family Easter holiday

We had a great time staying at the property. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool and home theatre. The property is a short and easy stroll to the rock pools and Forrest Caves, and a short drive to the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island. Awesome!

A few days away with family and was just what I needed. The house is as advertised but I should have used the pool more! Large secure yard for the dogs was great, location was great and communication with the Hosts was A+.

The pool is a great size and nice and warm for the kids. The beach is very close and the house is quite private. We spotted plenty of wildlife around. Would be great if the house had a dryer though, we stayed over a very wet weekend and it was very hard to dry our towels, my recommendation would be to pack extra pool towels.

Amazing Getaway

We had the most beautiful stay! We could not fault anything! There was so much to do just at the accommodation with the home theatre, pool and spa! Something for everyone! Phillip island holiday

We enjoyed Phillip island very much. Lots to do Go kart racing, penguins, Churchill Island nature walks on the beach. The house was a bit tired it could do with a bit of TLC, a coat of paint and a good clean. The pool was as described at over 30 degrees 👌 and the gardens are well kept.

Simply brilliant.

Amazing property. Loads of entertainment for the kids, huge block to roam, sounds of waves across the road. Loved the layout of house, plenty of room for kids to enjoy. Will certainly recommend to anyone. Especially if you have trouble like me keeping kids entertained on holidays.

Family vaccay

Really wrapped with our stay! The house was awesome.. kids were in the pool for most of the day, then at night enjoyed the theatre room at night. Cooked a BBQ on one of the nights and loved sitting around the beautiful wooden table with bench seats and a couple of chairs enough to accommodate our family. It was a beautiful spot where we walked to the beach and up to the Forrest caves on low tide and checked out the rock pools. As far as I know we all had pretty good beds too. The only problem was the holiday wasn’t Long enough!! Hope to return again. Thanks Lucas for your hospitality too, absolute champ!

Fantastic!!!

As indicated by my 5 Stars for all aspects of the property & the process of booking, this was a wonderful experience. Lucas was a delight to deal with & the property was exactly as indicated in the listing, as were the photos very accurate. We had 8 adults & 4 children as well as 2 dogs. Everyone agreed it was a terrific long weekend away. The Indoor heated swimming pool was great entertainment for the whole family & the Theatre room was such a fun experience. The beds were comfy as were the couches & the fully fenced yard was secure for the kids to play & the dogs to roam. Couldn’t recommend this home more highly. Thanks Lucas from all our family.

Very sub standard

Good location. Pool and movie room are great. As for the rest of the property it leaves a lot to be desired. Oven and fridge were filthy dirty. The only heating for all the bedrooms upstairs wasn’t working. The downstairs bathroom had dripping taps.broken slippery tiles to get inside from the pool. Overall the property is badly in need of a lot of maintenance. Paid top price for a very poor property.

Amazing family getaway

What a great place to spend the first weekend of freedom after lockdown in Melbourne! The house had everything we needed for a fantastic few days away. The indoor spa, outdoor spa and cinema room looked great, not that we used them because we spent all the time in the pool or at the stunning beach across the road. We absolutely loved the pool as it is large and heated to the perfect temperature. My son caught some waves on the bodyboard at the beach across the road which was a highlight for him and my daughter enjoyed feeding and collecting eggs from the silkie chickens in the chicken coup. We adopted a dog during lockdown, after we had booked our stay, so we were really pleased that the property is dog friendly with a secure yard. Lastly, thank you to Lucas for being considerate of our situation with lockdown and our booking.
