Wife had a fisfinger sandwich that she loved long time since having them and hand made lovely IPA x2 and a pepsi brakfast wel whata selection coked beackfast pastries ham and other cold meat fresh fruits pineapple melon and fresh berries smoothie fruit juice tea coffee wowza fast check out we ill b bback thanks to all staff my one jibe neds more staff b hind bar 4 foodd and drink ordering over all out of 10 it a big 9 and a half from us"

"Fabulous stay. Air conditioned room, super comfy bed, choice of pillows, powerful shower, friendly professional staff. Only draw back for me was lack of gluten free options. Staff were helpful here though and provided utensils for a gf uber eats. "

We had some grumbles about the room we were initially allocated but the staff were patient and receptive to our concerns and quickly provided us a new room with zero challenge. "Wonderful hotel - apparently it's been recently refurbished. That's according to the taxi driver who took us to the airport. Previous reviews say this hotel is somewhat tired and rundown - IT IS NOT! Our room was wonderful and large (Executive room) which we needed as we had 4 large, heavy suitcases and 4 additional bags. All of the staff were very accommodating - the front desk and bar staff were particularly nice, always refilling me with ice whenever I asked. The hotel has a large FREE parking lot. Short taxi or Uber ride to the train station (25-30 minute walk). Lovely grounds to stroll around. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the London area again! "

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel, staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. It was our wedding anniversary and they gave us a little cake to celebrate this, very thoughtful touch. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely visit again. "

"Really pleased with our overnight stay in one of the suites. The room was clean and tidy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a visit to Wimbledon which was only about 15 minutes away via taxi and if we go again, will definitely look to stay here first."
