"Just checked in after a long trip from the US and I couldn't be happier. The doorman greeted us and carried my two little girls bags to the front desk. Farnoosh at the front desk was able to get us early check in, which I very much appreciate it after an overnight flight. I'm incredibly pleased with the overall experience, friendly customer service, and wonderful room. It's located conveniently close to all the touristy things like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. You could get lucky enough with a room that has a view of the London eye. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when traveling to London."

"Very different style hotel. Basically no nonsense and simple check in. The rooms are nice and fun. I had a room with a great view of the city skyline and they are big. Rooftop bar is really nice. Absolutely perfect location for my first time in London. "

"My friend and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the London eye and had a bus stop only mètres from the front door and a tube station only about a 2 minute walk away. The room was standard hotel size (not overly large) but had a kitchenette which was very handy with a Sainsburys just downstairs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, printing out a lengthy document for us. There is a guest laundry with the washing machines free to use but payment required for the dryer. The staff frequently changed towels and linen and restocked kitchen necessities including coffee pods. There is a gym and restaurant, but we used neither of these so can’t comment. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Central location, amazing view from the hotel room, within walking distance to dining, shopping, sight seeing, and convenience store. Comfortable beds and 24/7 snack shop in lobby. Also, there is, in fact, a lift despite what was in the fine print!"

"It is very convenient and central. It is walkable. It is in a great area. Supermarkets and several dining options are within a 4-6 minute walking distance. Great breakfast. Even if you don't opt for it while booking the room, take the discounted offer while checking in—good value for money. The underground is a 4-minute walk—the Piccadilly line is direct to Heathrow."

"It was much nicer than I expected Staff was very kind Hotel was charming, older, classic English,of a certain era. We loved it. I took the time to phone the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving rather late…. I also requested a room with a bathtub which we were granted. We were pleased with all of it and will be returning "
