"We stayed in a family room and only stayed because of the proximity to Kings Cross station. Typical London style, run of the mill tired hotel. We stayed in a family room. Windows sealed tight, air con useless, curtains (more like drapes) from the 60s. But we beds were clean and we had a decent sleep."

"Staff polite. Left out of use so had to climb 5 flights of stairs. Reserved parking wasn’t booked so had to block another car in. Overcharged as didn’t deduct deposit paid to Expedia and want me to sort it with Expedia so I’m currently £314 out of pocket."

"Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "
