"Excellent new hotel with extremely polite and courteous staff. Reception staff need a bit of training !! Especially AmanRaj who was not keen to listen to issues i wanted them to rectify after our checkout and said other guests are arriving so he needs to attend to them but when I looked back there was no-one behind me. Two issues such as bedside power plug sockets plate had come off and water was leaking from shower and reached under sink area and leading up to the toilet. The hotel internal environment is very quiet despite its location near railway station and two bus terminals. The breakfast spread was excellent and all the staff were extremely polite and courteous especially Uttam,Amit , Sneha and Riya. They served me my Surati special breakfast dishes , Thepla ,Paturi and Fafda on my last day despite those items not on menu."

"The staff were amazingly helpful, with getting my room ready after I arrived much earlier. As someone who works in hotels in Australia, i can appreciate how challenging it can be. The buffet was lovely, and Charcoal too."

"Place is to good as they have shown pictures on website. Single occupancy room if you will take. You will get 1 BHK kind Room . That is superb good super spacious."

"It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed. Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response) Reception staff was good but their google contact number staff is just there to make bookings, no help available after booking is done - till you check in. "
