"Stayed in the deluxe room in front if the swimming pool. Couldn't open the door with the lock on arrival but was quickly rectified by the staff. The Wi-Fi was quite reliable inside the room, the TV setup was nice. Some lights didn't function although there was enough that lit up the room. The double bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space inside the room. The safe's digital keys weren't working but was quickly provided a set of keys by the staff. The included breakfast was delicious...

No water in the room. They had a container that you could fill in the hallway. Warm water., They had beer on the menu...they had only 1 brand available . The dinner was so small I could have eaten 3. "We have stayed at the Novotel in Solo several times and have always been happy with their service. There is a great little restaurant across the street—Alamama. It has western and Indonesian options. The restaurant at the hotel is always very good too. "

"Ibis was ok, just a night stay. For some reason, there was a door between my and the next room so I could hear everything they talked/did. Breakfast was an average taste. "

"Ruang breakfast sangat kecil, terutama waktu saya menginap bertabrakan dg agenda meeting salah satu perusahaan yang menginap 1 hotel juga. Saya turun jam 8 pagi, dan saya terpaksa harus kembali ke kamar tidur karena semua kursi terisi penuh oleh tamu hotel. Salah satu staff wanita di ruang breakfast yang berkacamata, terus saja memgambil piring2 di meja tanpa bertanya terlebih dahulu apakah sudah selesai atau belum. Permisi hanya pertama, setelah itu terus ambil piring2 di meja dengan tidak ada...

"What i didn't like was that i had a booking for two nights, paid in full and when i arrived they said I didn't and the receptionist refused to even look up my confirmation number so book this hotel at your own risk"
