"Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. "Lovely hotel and staff. Right outside is the tram into the old town which for us was a blessing. Used every day of stay. Pool area was nice and bar outside. Lovely barman very helpful and polite. Food we had one evening was delicious. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing not to like about Occidental. Seville was superb and friendly. Fantastic 5 days here and I look forward to coming back in the future."
