Once entering you will be happy to find an inverted floor plan where all of your family time will be spent marveling in the panoramic views of the beautiful Holden Beach. Clean, coastal vibes resonate throughout this home. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full size laundry room. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen bed and shares a hall bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and shares a hall bathroom with Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3, perfect for the little ones, offers a Twin over Full bunk bed and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 offers a Queen bed and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3. You will also find a secondary sitting area located on the 1st floor where you can enjoy some quite time while reading a book or taking in the amazing scenery.

On the second level you will find an open kitchen/ living/ dining area with ample space for the entire family to gather. If you enjoy cooking meals together, playing games or watching the sun set from the screened in porch this home is perfect for you! Located on the second floor you will also find the Master Bedroom which boast privacy. Offering a King bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub and a double vanity. You will also enjoy your private screened in balcony located directly off of the Master Bedroom.

We had a great time the location is amazing the house was overall cleaned a few places were missed. We had everything we needed. This was the 1st time in Holden beach and we definitely will be back.
