The second floor has a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a third with 2 bunk bed sets. Sun Kissed features include Central Heat and Air, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Icemaker in Fridge, Cable TV’s, Stereo, and Wireless internet access. Other amenities include 4 Covered porches, Private pool, Enclosed outside shower with Hot/Cold water, and Covered Parking under house. Great views of the Ocean, Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.
