Very clean, comfortable, and close to beach access. Very relaxing with good views of marsh with wildlife. Good peek-a-boo views of ocean. Decks were great retreats for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The host was very accessible during the stay and was very accommodating. The only concern would be the need to have kitchen placesettings be enough for large families.
