Outside, in addition to a private pool, there are two levels of covered oceanfront decks, a tanning deck, an enclosed shower, and a private boardwalk over the dunes leading directly to the beach strand. The kitchen at Turtle-ly Awesome is well stocked! Amenities include a Keurig and standard coffee maker (basket filters), electric tea kettle, crock pot, 4-slot toaster, Ninja blender, hand mixer, small sandwich press, and a cocktail shaker set.
Recent updates include fresh exterior paint and the outdoor shower addition so that it has doubled in size and now includes a changing area. Additionally, the private boardwalk over the dunes is new. In the kitchen there is a new fridge, a quiet dishwasher, and new high-quality small appliances to make entertaining easier than ever. To give you the best night's rest after a day of fun in the sun, we've improved the bedrooms with new mattresses, and there's a comfy new sleeper sofa upstairs. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (12) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
