The place itself was very comfortable and had plenty of cooking utensils. There was just about everything you could think of! My favorite part was the back porch overlooking the intercostal. Very peaceful and only a couple minutes away from the beach. "

"A perfect place for my mom and myself to have a girls' getaway. Clean, accessible, with a nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were ready for sleeping with sheets already made, plenty of towels in the bathroom vanities. Walkway to the oceanfront is close and leads to a very nice area that even at high tide has plenty of beach to set up on. Close to the causeway makes store access a "breeze" ha ha. Excellent host as well! Already booked again for September. FYI this is a very quiet neighborhood with several full time residents close by. Not suitable for a rowdy crowd. "

We found Linda and Buck to be welcoming and helpful hosts who communicated at all the right times.I found that the kitchen was as well or better equipped as any vacation rental we’ve stayed in, and everything was very clean. "Great location, very comfortable, everything worked. There were two umbrellas on the deck, which Vacasa said there weren’t! Well stocked kitchen, with spices and condiments. There are beach chairs, mats and toys! The house is on low stilts so the view of the beach is blocked a little, but you still see the water and some waves."

"This house was cozy, very clean & perfect for my husband & I first stay @ Holden Beach. The interior style was fun & eclectic. The property was ocean front though the dunes were too high for a view. Easy access to beach right next door though the public paid parking could be noisy due to the activity of others arriving to the beach. The only suggestions would be a more upgraded mattress in the bedroom ( very lumpy) & access to additional blankets."
