The only negative was a misunderstanding when we checked in - I had already paid in advance and was almost required to pay a second time, but this was resolved by the morning. "It's like stepping into the past when climbing up to the lobby. Fine woodworking abound. The customer service was exceptional, and they were accommodating with our luggage since our departure was for mid afternoon. We enjoyed the small livingroom with views of the landscape."
