Villa Gumonca

Villa Gumonca is a stunning, modern designed villa featuring magnificent panoramic views of the sea. The villa features a wonderful private swimming pool with clear water surrounded by attractive terraces that are bathed in Mediterranean sunshine all day long. The spacious interior and wonderful outside space make this villa the perfect choice for a fantastic family holiday in the sun.



Villa Gumonca offers 320 m2 of space for a relaxing stay, accommodating up to 13 people. The villa has a total of 6 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds. In 5 rooms the beds can be divided into single beds if required. Each room has its own bathroom, 4 of them with a bathtub and 2 with a shower. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with access to a large roof terrace. On the ground floor are the remaining 4 bedrooms and a sunny and elegantly furnished living room. In the fully equipped kitchen there is also a dining room with 12 seats.



The centrepiece of the sunny exterior of the villa has to be the beautiful swimming pool, perfectly positioned to maximize the guests’ enjoyment of all-day sunshine and stunning views. At guests' disposal there is a whirlpool, an outdoor barbecue and deckchairs. In addition, the pool is surrounded by a large and attractive deck area, which is ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The swimming pool is heated from end of April until beginning of October. The pool is outdoors, and temperature is affected by the weather conditions. The hot tub is heated from 1st of April to 31st of October.



Mirca is located near Supetar on the island Brač. Surrounded by nature, vineyards and olive groves, Mirca is the right place for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. The island Brač is one of the most beautiful islands of the Adriatic Sea. It is covered with pine and cypress forests and along the island there are fairy-tale bays. Tourist Tax applies at a cost of €1.5 per person, per day which is payable locally upon arrival
