"My only issue with the property was the check-in. I arrived to find a lockbox for my room key, but I had not been sent the code (This was 6.35pm, I'd booked at 2pm). No problem I think as the sign on the door said reception was "available 6pm to 10pm", except it wasn't! Called the help number three times before someone eventually answered and was able to give me my code (an email for which eventually arrived at 21.49!). Once in the room I was impressed with the refreshments and facilities (fridge/microwave as well as the usual kettle) Nice shower, lots of towels although they felt slightly damp - suspect they'd been folder before completely dry after laundry. I hate self check-in, and would not have booked this property had I realised, but all that said it was fine for an overnight stay."
