"Retro feels , very cottage like But had all the amenities. We stayed only for a night so we dint use everything. But they had provided utensils , the oven was ready for use , very clean and there was even dishwasher and soap. Really good if you don't mind slightly period interiors"

Loved the view and staff was very nice. Improvement area: It would be more convenient if the gondola was open until 9:00pm. Closing at six makes it impossible to have dinner in Banff. However, shuffle service was good, just had wait 15 minutes.

Most of the employees are young and from different countries. Very friendly and enjoyed talking to each one of them . Even the gondola employees always spoke to us and asked about our day.

Absolutely must go see the scenic view at the top of the chair lift. I cannot express enough how beautiful that view is,
