Customer service in every area is exceptional. Try Stock cafe in the lobby area for great food and big smiles. Bathrooms are small, but this is a minor compromise for staying in a historical, beautiful hotel. "

"We absolutely adored our room and the facilities. Everything was magnificent—the view, the food, the spa services and amenities. The furnishings were both modern and elegant. Service was prompt and friendly. My favorite perk was the Neapresso machine in our room…enjoyed it every day of our stay! My son loved the shower (great acoustics) and made me promise we’d come back one day. Quality place, highly recommended!! "
