Seaspray Unit 8 - Absolute waterfront!

Absolute waterfront! Wow, what a view Sit back and enjoy panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean watching the passing parade of ships, surfers, sail boats and more - The views from this three bedroom apartment also encompass the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, the Glasshouse Mountains, plus the night lights of Golden Beach in the distance.

There is of course a fantastic view of the Shipping Lanes as well. Another very special feature of this complex is that there is direct beach access (no roads to cross) to the popular Kings Beach. This is truely a magical location!

Balcony off of the living area which also connects to the main bedroom (wake up to breathtaking views!)
No roads to cross to Kings Beach (walk out through the gate onto a shared pathway to Kings Beach)
1st floor position with stairs (there are approximately 16 steps to access the unit
Smoke free unit including the balcony

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.
