Please note that there is a new complex being built across the road from Pumicestone Blue so there may be some noise from time to time (not weekends). We expect the works to be at least another 12 months (from September 2024). We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This beautiful apartment is situated in the heart of Caloundra with water views overlooking the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and the Glasshouse Mountains. Unit 903 is a spacious fully self contained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on the 9th floor with lift access and air conditioning. This property will accommodate up to 4 people with a King bed and 2 singles with a full kitchen and laundry.

Needs attention

Great position and view, BUT, needs a good clean. We found evidence of previous guests in corners of bedrooms and under the beds. Shower flooded while in use. Glass wardrobe doors needs a good clean and plates were grimy.Such a pity as position and view are fabulous. Also was not impressed it’s having to pay extra for linen and towels.
