The Space:
Whether you’re here for a family holiday, a couple’s retreat, or a work getaway with a touch of paradise, this apartment promises comfort, convenience, and coastal vibes. As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the gorgeous open-plan living, kitchen and dining space. This area features plenty of natural light streaming through and is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The living room is equipped with a comfy couch and a smart TV. The living and dining space extends out to your own private balcony which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee while soaking in the fresh sea breeze. Cook up a storm with the provided appliances and utensils in the kitchen and dine with a view from your private rooftop terrace. Set against a 360 degree backdrop of uninterrupted views, this terrace features two sunloungers, an alfresco dining table and a BBQ. Back inside, you will find two beautiful bedrooms where you can sleep soundly.

The home is located 600 meters from the beautiful patrolled Alexandra Headland beach.
Within walking distance of the apartment you can find cafes, restaurants, a surf club, skatepark and convenience store. There is also a private hospital, shopping centre, library and cinema all close by. Alexandra Headlands is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately 300m away from the Alexandra Parade bus stops where services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*The apartment is located on the third floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
