"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed at the relax moore, great location and close to everything we wanted.Everything was as described in the add, waves crashing in the background, good shelter from the weather. We had really good weather over the weekend. The only small issue we had, the couch and floor was full of dog hair and spider webs, had to clean the top floor prior to being able to relax.Good communication from the house provider and easy to follow instructions to get access to the property.Other then that, was a great weekend."

"It was perfect for me as I had my little fur baby with me and there was a fenced back garden and front verandah area. Had everything I needed - tidy little kitchen and little bathroom. Heat/air con in all places I needed and plenty of room to relax in and comfy bed to sleep. Close to beaches and plenty of them allowed dogs to run. Great doggie cafe too!!Some features were a little older and may be compact with lots of people - but that didn't affect me and what I needed, hence my good review.I would go back - even take another person!!"

"We loved the location, which was close to the store and the beach. Unit was spacious but bedrooms had limited movement space. Beds were comfortable. Bedsheet was torn. Floors and under beds were very dusty affecting sinuses. No multi-purpose spray for benchtops and wiping. Loved the outside area with the heater."

"We had a lovely stay in Lancelin. The location is excellent, facing the sea with beautiful sunset views, and just a short walk from the sand dunes.The kitchen was adequately equipped, though some of the older cooking pans could be replaced. It would also be helpful to provide basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, and cooking oil.The upstairs air conditioner was not working during our stay, but the two heaters provided kept the house comfortable. A hair dryer and washer/dryer would also be useful additions.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property."

The property is extremely basic with no frills but a good location with a lovely surround veranda to chase the sun. Country Values Holiday Homes has always been excellent to communicate with and do a fantastic job managing their properties."
