"My daughter has been struggling with health issues for 8 months.She is getting ready for surgery and we needed a getaway where she could just rest. This place was perfect.From the moment you walk in you can tell this place is designed with relaxation in mind.The bottom floor is truly geared towards kids, us adult kids too , with the shuffleboard, arcade games and tv. There is even a little reading nook with games, books and puzzles.The second floor is amazing. The pictures don't even do it...

"This was just about one of the "biggest" surprises I've EVER found...Elfendahl and the Wanderbus are truly a HUGE TREASURE!! A stay that is 'magical', for sure! Like going into one of Tolkien's books!! We LOVED it, and the owner and staff were outstanding! "This home was immaculate! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. And that view is just breathtaking. The differences in low tide and high tide make you feel like your on a small lake one minute and then the ocean in the next. 3 kayaks are available to use and we took them out almost everyday. We also saw seals multiple times a day playing out in the water and ever jumping up on the dock. The pictures do not do this property justice. "Love that they offer 1-night stay options. I was traveling for a work meeting from Port Angeles to Olympia and able to take my dog with me. Place is clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. The small stream and trails were a nice touch. Would be the perfect place to rent out for a wedding, family reunion or friends' weekend. My pup gives it 4 paws up & a tail wag."

"Beautiful cabin wirh a gorgeous view of hood canal. Situated behind Hood Canale restaurant we were able to enjoy the live music on Friday and Saturday night while not feeling intruded upon. The music was done by 9pm and we were able to enjoy the sound of the rain from the exceptionally comfy bed."
