Are you ready to enjoy a quiet family beach resort on the North Carolina Coast? There is a lot to do in Sunset Beach which is ranked number 4 on the National Geographic's 21 Best Beaches in the world. You can visit the nearby towns of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Shallotte. Little River is just minutes away and Myrtle Beach is a thirty minute drive.

This vacation home is hidden in the Sea Trail Resort, which is only 1.5 miles from the beach. Sea Trail has three signature golf courses, (Rees Jones, Dan Maples, and Willard Byrd), there are several community pools; one is just across the street from our condo. As a renter, you will have access to this pool and the beautiful Pink Palace. There is a brand new restaurant, Bistro 55, located in the Convention Center which is walking distance from the unit. There is plenty of space to take a walk or ride a bike. If you enjoy ocean charter fishing or boat rentals, they are only a few miles away.

This condo is ready for your stay and to enjoy your vacation. It has been freshly painted throughout and has new luxury vinyl flooring. It is a 1,292 square foot unit with a main villa and a junior suite. It has two very spacious bedrooms with two queen size beds in each room. Each bedroom has a full bath and a bathtub. The junior suite has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven/broiler. The main villa has a full size kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The main villa has a balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the golf course.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee. They must be approved in advance. Pets must be at least one year old and up to date on shots. Please reach out with any questions.

Wonderful Stay!!

The condo is decorated beautifully and so comfortable. We will be back definitely. The location is near Calabash and we had a wonderful seafood dinner and stopped by the next morning for a bagel too. The owners are so kind and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

So relaxing - perfect condo!

Last minute trip - this was just what we needed - so clean and very quiet- relaxing condo! And we got to bring our little dog with us! They even had a basket of dog toys in the living room!

Wonderful Vacation! Fantastic Hosts!

The condo was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfy beds, lots of space and being able to bring our fur babies was the icing on the cake !! Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood with a 2 minute drive to the beach where there is plenty of free parking! Most enjoyable! We will be back and rent this condo again! A+++ accommodations!

Great location and nice condo

Everything was great. Loved sitting on the back balcony drinking coffee in the morning and wine at night. Everything was clean and well kept. the only thing I would ask is more toiletries be available, but everything was really great! Big and décor was great. Quiet complex with pool right out front! Great place to stay while at a baseball tournament.

Great Trip!!

We had a few minor issues at first ,ore than likely due to the previous tenants. I contacted Lisa and everything was handled in a very timely manner. The condo was super clean and fit the bill for exactly what we needed. It helped too that the pool was just a couple 100 feet away!!

The condo was beautiful, very clean. My family and I were shocked when we walked through. The area was wonderful peaceful and relaxing. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, also short drive to the beach. It was our first time being in this area we normally stay at Myrtle Beach but wanted to try a different area this time as we were on ylu there for a couple days for a basketball tournament that was held in North Myrtle Beach area. The drive to Myrtle wasn’t bad.

Long weekend

We have been to Sea Trail several times. This was a great condo. The location is quiet and relaxing. The condo itself is very clean with lots of space to stretch out. The owner left us the key card for the Pink Palace, which we used to grab a work-out at the exercise room they have there. (Note: out-door pool area is under renovation. Manager told us that it will be completed mid-June 2023.) Enjoyed a few meals over House's place as well.

Spacious Condo

So much space in this well-maintained condo on the third floor with an awesome view of the 16th hole on the Byrd course! Beds were comfortable and the decor was cute. The second bedroom was a great private suite by itself. The fact that our miniature poodle was welcome was a big draw. The owners even provided a basket of dog toys! LOL My husband is the golfer in the family and played 24 times out of the 4 weeks on the three courses. He was elated that he could walk to two of the courses; thus, I was left with the car to run around or to go to the beach. Awww, the beautiful Sunset Beach! Just a blink away! Pleasant stay thanks to this condo and its owners. Hope that it’s available next year!

Girl's Trip

My first southern winter getaway since retiring...this condo was perfrect to escape the snow, in Canada. The condo is nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and kitchen well appointed. My friend and I spent the month of Fenruary here. Host was very helpful and available for any questions. Sea Trails is perfectly located...22min to shopping in North Myrtle Beach, 10 min to Calabash for nice dining options/shopping, 30min to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and literally 5min to the Sunset Beach pier and beautiful sunsets. My only complaint, which was in no way responsibility of hosts, was that the elevator did not work for first 5 days we arrived (on 3rd floor) and none of the outdoor pools were open. I should have done better research on this prior to booking. We did, however, use the Village Activity Centre indoor pool, hottub, and outdoor pool deck to "catch some rays" later in our stay. Temps were between 7-27 C between February 4-March 4. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lisa & Michael
