All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Great location and spacious

Good trip

Could have been a little cleaner,hand prints on tvs and sliding glass doors,maybe a little better vacuuming job,a little bit of a musty smell,should be sprayed with some lysol or something,overall it was acceptable,signs need to be placed around the ponds behind the property warning of alligators

Not a excellent experience

Great neighborhood and location, the amenities and services they offer are very good, they have very good space for large families but as for cleaning it was very disappointing; since we arrived on Monday the garbage can was very full even with garbage bags down on the floor, it gave the impression that it was not ready to receive the following guests because inside the villa it was even dirtier; The sheets in the first room were with large stains, the bathtub curtain was black mold, the sink in the upstairs bathroom had hairs and the toilet was loose, the doors to go out to the balcony could hardly be opened. Very disappointing

Disappointed but dealt with it

First time staying in this area and assumed a property on a nice golf course would be cleaner. The carpets are soiled and dirty, the porches had a lot of spider webs and dirt, only one bedroom had fairly up to date mattresses and the rest were very uncomfortable. Kitchen was great but glass table wasn’t kid friendly. Two year old walked straight into the corner because she couldn’t see it. Living room furniture worn out and sagging, very uncomfortable. A/C worked great and parking was good. Kids really loved the amenity center. Probably would not rent this unit again though.

Great Place to Stay

We went and stayed here for my sons birthday. E totally enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone. Would DEFINITELY stay again and recommend to anyone!!

Enjoyable and relaxing time

Loved our stay at the Sea Trail Villa 9D . The Sea Trail in all was a quiet,peaceful,clean and the staff was very helpful in anything we needed. I recommend anyone to give Sea Trail a try you will not be disappointed,so glad our family got to experience this beautiful place!

Excellent place for our family vacation!

The villia was a wonderful place for my extended family to vacation! The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for us to chill together, and it was very close to the beach! We had an amazing time!

Dirty

Renting the property was easy. It’s a large condo for a big group. You get what you pay for, the first night we had to spend our own money to get cleaning supplies. There were 2 dust pans worth of food crumbs, the unit smelled. We found 4 cockroaches, no they were not just water bugs. We were up til 4am moving furniture cleaning & checking to make sure there were no more bugs. We would have just left & went to Myrtle beach where there were tons of units available, but our state just imposed travel restrictions to South Carolina due to COVID. After that whole ordeal, we did have a semi relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, we would never rent this unit again.

Overall, really enjoyable stay.

This was a great location for our stay overall. It was very: spacious (especially for a large family looking to practice some social distancing); very accommodating with comfortable furniture in the bedrooms, patios, and as well as the dining and living room areas (be weary of pointed, glass top, table corners for the "little adults" who'll be crawling, walking, standing, and/or running throughout the home) and there was good a supply of some basic amenities such as cooking utensils (although the cook wear should be updated-the only frying pan provided was rusty), bath and bed linens, and great appliances with no issues (other than with the WI-FI service from time to time, yet having the ability to watch streaming apps like Amazon Prime, NetFlix's, and Pluto TV was a big plus); it was clean (a few comments though: the owner/s may want to consider switching to handheld shower heads so that the housekeepers may be able to clean the tub & tub walls a little better-it was not a pleasant feeling to see the previous vacationers' body hair still stuck to the tub and walls. Also, the outside trash should be arranged to be picked up at least between each stay. It was over flowing when we got there and so much so when we left. We were told it would be collected on Wednesdays, however, we had arrived there on Sunday and staying until Wednesday, so having to pass by the foul odor of an overflow of trash at the front entryway was not great experience); and it was very functional (having a bathroom in each bedroom was a definitive plus for our stay) and everyone was able to enjoy the layout and the space of the home; having the ability to use the indoor and outdoor pools were great (my grandson Andrew would definitely agree with that statement). We didn't get the opportunity to use the other facilities, but I'm sure they would have been as enjoyable. During our stay the property manager would respond to my texts immediately. However, they have failed to return an important voice message that I had left them, whereas soon after checking out-my daughter realized that she had left something behind (it was a little after official check out time by now), so we called the property manager with hopes of having the item located and shipped back to us (which we stated that we would pay for). I was told that the property manager for the location was not available on Wednesdays, but I would think that there would be someone available to handle issues after checkout.

A roller coaster experience

Check in- great. It was advertised that the living room sofa was a queen bed bed rollout - nope The fridge in the kitchen stopped cooling on the 3rd day. Back and forth with maintenance but was never fixed. Luckily there was a smaller fridge in the mini- suite. The enclosed balcony fan never worked. A small portable fan was delivered on the 3rd day. The TV in the LR never worked from the first day. It was replaced on the 4th day. Dryer stopped working on the 3rd day and was replaced the next day. Cobwebs inside the windows in the DR.
