10/10 Excellent

"Hotel check in was a little longer than expected, but our receptionist made every effort to accommodate our room requests. Hotel shuttle took forever. We stood there for almost 45 minutes. It was Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios so it was expected. Overall it was a great stay. We will return next year."

STILE Downtown Los Angeles

"Lovely place in the heart of downtown LA. We were close to a wedding so the location was good to walk to events. Very loud at night but appreciated the ear plugs, white noise machine, eye masks and comfy bed. Kinda creepy all the sounds we heard late night but didn’t have anything to do with the hotel. Thought we’d use the balcony but it overlooked a parking lot so will pass on that next time."

"We had a terrific stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic and the location is excellent! It's a very short walk to Universal Hollywood and City Walk, with continuous shuttle service throughout the day if you don't want to walk. Check- in and out was super easy, and hassle free. I will definitely return next year."
