"From booking through the return from our excursion, the overall experience was excellent. The property is well maintained and professionally managed, with staff who are welcoming and attentive from arrival. Consistent with what one might expect from an ITC-associated property, Storii blends local cultural touches with attentive hospitality and quality cuisine. The newly built rooms combine local design with modern amenities and offer scenic views of the apple valley. One area for improvement: I'd booked via Hotels.com with "Pay at Property," but received multiple pre-arrival calls requesting 50% upfront payment. Staff were courteous each time, but on arrival, the full stay was charged immediately at check-in — defeating the purpose of that booking option. Not a dealbreaker, but future guests should confirm payment terms directly with the property before booking. The approach road is still under construction, though the property itself is fully accessible and operates at full capacity. Staff were proactive in managing any resulting inconvenience, ensuring guests could arrive and depart safely and comfortably."

"We had a marvelous experience at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of options. There was ample parking space for our car. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Reception staff particularly Tamana and Anuradha were friendly and very helpful. The service they provided was impeccable. Restaurant staff were largely not as attentive/helpful bar one member of staff who served us on our first day. Tables were not cleaned promptly between services. The service in the restaurant was off putting to say the least."

"The ITC Tavleen is a beautiful property nestled on a hill overlooking the Himalayas and the Shivalik valley avout 8 kms from Chail. The serenity and pristine beauty leaves you mesmerized. The property's internal road leading to the meditation room makes for a steep climb but can be done unhurriedly. The sunrise from our rooms were magical. The rooms were large and luxurious. The all day restaurant Mongal's deck is a place where you can enjoy your meals and soak in the sunshine. We loved sipping our coffees at the Cafe on the hilltop, as you unwind and let the evening settle itself into the night. I highly recommend vacation destination. The staff were well.informed, helpful and courteous."
