Located in Sundern in the Sauerland, this 110 m² holiday home sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The main house has a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, a balcony, TV, washing machine, dryer and workspace. The second bedroom is in a separate 30 m² unit with its own bathroom (shower and toilet) and kitchenette, accessible only via outdoor stairs, with no internal connection to the main house.



Enjoy your private 1,400 m² grounds with a garden, a covered terrace behind the house overlooking the forest, a lake-view balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor fireplace. This detached house stands right by the forest on a quiet cul-de-sac with hardly any traffic—ideal for relaxing.



Two shared parking spaces with a carport are available at the house. Pets and events are not permitted. The separate sleeping area, accessible only via outdoor stairs, makes the property unsuitable for guests with very young children. Set on the hillside by Lake Sorpe, the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility!

Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price!



Lake Sorpe is within walking distance and visible from the house. Nearby activities include a 9-hole golf course, a riding centre, boat trips, swimming, and pedal boat and stand-up paddleboard hire. The region offers excellent hiking trails in the Stockumer Siebengebirge and cycling routes throughout the Sauerland.
