"Wonderful hotel. Top quality. Attention to detail in the decor, amenities, service and food. Loved every minute of this hotel. The spa was excellent. One of the best I've stayed in. If the restaurant could stay open until 22:00, it would enable business travellers to enjoy the pool and spa for a little longer. Other than that, 10/10 from me!"

"Extremely expensive for what the hotel is. I only go to Dortmund during a trade show. This is my second time i stay at this hotel but will also be the last. Most of the staff do not speak english, they are not friendly, and they are extremely under staffed specially during the trade show that happens every year and the hotel gets full. Bed is uncomfortable. The Gardens are nice and calming and the breakfast is good. But for 500 euros per day its a pure rip off.. Dinner gets full and you will wait 1h30m for a salad. Not returning"
