"The Area is quiet and was handy for us. as a group of 6 however, there was a Nest of Ants in kitchen and Bathroom which made us feel uncomfortable when cooking food. Pots & pans weren’t in the best condition. Big Holes in wall. Felt very untidy and unclean. Since checking out I have tried to contact the host and had no response due to my concern "

" Sunderland for family visits. Great location, walking diatance to the seaside, cafés, pond and parks. The home is super creative with unique rooms and lots of amenities. The towels and ljnens are lush. Tobias was very repsonsive to messges befire during and after out stay."

"Host was friendly, helpful & communicative in advance of stay. Mid-terraced house close to city center & train and metro stations. On-street parking tight, double-parked along the road, one side parking half on the pavement. 3 single beds in the downstairs bedroom & 1 double bed upstairs. Upstairs bedroom didn't have anywhere to store clothes so we had to live out of suitcases. Lounge had dining table & 4 chairs, writing desk & extra chair under stairs.
