"We had a great time golfing, hiking and exploring the Wilmington shops and restaurants. The house has lots of charm but is on the older side. Some cosmetic updates have been made such as new beds(very comfortable), great heating and A/C, new deck to enjoy the outside and fresh paint and modern decor inside. The bathrooms could use update and repair. Large groups should confirm that all bathrooms are functional before booking. Overall a nice place to stay."
