"I loved the clean, cozy room with walk in shower. The room was furnished nicely and had the best mattress. The gardens were beautiful and there was always a fresh bouquet at each breakfast table. Breakfast was personally fixed each morning and served piping hot! The best thing about this B & B was the hospitality. Very nice owners who would talk to you each morning at breakfast. "Stay was great we would stay again. Some minor details of the property. Trash outside was full to capacity. Stair handles need to be reinforced very loose. Upstairs hall floor needs to be reinforced stabilized more. Some places downstairs as well. But overall great."

"I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."
