The front desk person was either untrained or not willing to help. He was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation over the phone, I had to do it online and when I came in, the check-in was very slow; but the worst part is when I asked about the EV charger in the property, he pointed outside and flat out said "it's out there, I'm new here, I can't help you and don't know anything about it""
