"We chose this property because it had the best of everything! Our hosts were incredibly gracious, it's a 25 minute drive to Tampa, it was clean, and it had a wonderful heated pool! It's the perfect size for a couple of newlyweds looking to relax on their honeymoon. Rose was very sweet and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved being able to enjoy some sand/heat but walk in and relax in the A/C right after. They have 5 stars for a reason!"

The furniture was comfortable and the amenities provided were SO appreciated. I forgot my hair dryer and towels...but the kind property owner didn't! "A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. (Probably not enough room if more than two people and two people is pushing the space). The neighborhood is very nice as well. Old NE with cobblestone streets. It is walkable to the beaches, parks, downtown and Snell Isle. "

"We had a spot on the 2nd floor on the very end near the entrance, and the unit had carpet that seemed damp whem we came in. No smell, was super clean, large and luxurious beds etc but carpet should go. The check in was amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the staff and the.little beach was wonderful. There is a strong odor outside from the water that smelled lile sulfur. We werent sure what causes that, but it didnt affect the pool area, only the beach and environs..I read that it might be...
