I had no idea it’s actually the largest hotel in Antigua, and it truly feels grand in every way. The entire place was spotless – everything from the common areas to my room was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. The decor was tasteful and welcoming, giving the hotel a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The customer service here is top-tier – I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. Room service was available every day and always timely.
