"We had a really pleasant first impression of the hotel. Everything was very clean, and the front desk staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They even let us choose which floor we preferred, which was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, too.
The only real drawback was that our room backed onto the elevator shafts, so we could hear the elevators moving throughout our stay. Keeping the fan running helped cover the sound, although it was a bit loud while I was working at the desk right in front of it.
We also noticed quite a bit of hallway light coming in around the door. Because of where the bed was positioned, the light shone directly into my eyes. Fortunately, placing a towel along the bottom of the door took care of it.
The airport shuttle was especially convenient, and the drivers were very kind. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again—I would just ask for a room farther away from the elevators next time."
