"Property is beautiful but SO expensive. In hindsight we would have been better off staying closer to downtown Nashville so we could Uber less. The beds weren’t comfortable and it was tight living space for 4 people and all our stuff. The staff were wonderful and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Make sure you can stomach flushing a $100 bill before you go to make sure you are ready."

"Empty shower gel container in shower, only one shower nozzle worked (2 were provided), no smart TV’s so no access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Breakfast clean & good. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. We highly recommend this hotel!!"

"There was noticeable vacuuming needed at the lobby stairs and on the 2nd floor hallways. The door on our room (227) was very difficult to open. An elderly person would not have been able to push the door handle down. The room was large and spacious. The beds were obviously aged and “bouncy”. The TV (LG) was small and ancient. It was not a smart TV and the resolution was awful. The bedding was fine. The in room AC was loud and interrupted sleep when it turned on and off. The bathroom was aged but clean. The breakfast was probably the best part. Overall, we disappointed in the stay."
