"An older hotel in a great location just steps from Times Square. The staff were helpful and friendly. Some areas of the hotel look a bit tired and our room was small with a tiny bed! However, it was clean and comfortable...and who goes to New York to sit in the hotel room?! If you want luxury, this isn't it, but it might be a good choice if you're looking for good value and location."

"First time I visited Times Square and this hotel made me feel so welcomed! I would definitely recommend staying here! One day I will be back to Times Square and when I do I will book this hotel again. Staff were super nice, Didn’t have to worry about parking my car they had valet parking and I loved it. It’s super close to Times Square I would say like a 5 min walk"

"Great location, on the whole a good hotel. However the beds are small (you expect small rooms in New York!) and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. When we arrived, we had booked the two bed room as three of us were staying, but the beds were not big enough for two to share. So we upgraded to a suite and had two beds and a sofa bed - staff were helpful to arrange."
