Summerville Schoolhouse Retreat

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (42)
"My husband and I rented this cottage for a week. The location was perfect. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and church. We had our
dog
with us. She loved the area it was walkable for us to take her to the nearby park. The cottage is small about the size of a hotel suite. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but functional. We were out most of the time visiting all the places we love. We made a trip into Charleston for the day. We shopped local for some Christmas gifts in the...

Restored servants' quarters for 1812 house in heart of Historic District

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (40)
"We stayed at PHC for almost a month, waiting for our new home to be built. As we are Midwesterners, everything about the area was new and exciting. This location did not disappoint! Walks into town for coffee, dinner, the farmer’s market were all 5-10 minutes away. Our
dog
loved his walks thru Azalea Park, especially once he realized the statues in the park were not going to move! Trips to the Kiawah Beachwalker Park were an easy and beautiful drive. The cottage was stocked with everything we...

Teacup Cottage in the Heart of Historic Summerville

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"We had a great stay at the Tea Cup Cottage. It shares the property with the owner’s house, but the cottage is completely detached and very private. The cottage is newly built, very well appointed and clean, and very comfortable. Easy walk to downtown and everything historic Summerville has to offer, but also a full kitchen with the necessities to cook in should you choose to. We highly recommend the Tea Cup Cottage!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful time during our two week stay! The house was comfortable and spacious enough for us and our two
dogs
, and we were able to easily work during the day. George was very kind, and we very much enjoyed spending time with him and touring the main house. If we need to stay in Summerville again, we will certainly book with Allison!"
