My children and I were traveling for a ball tournament. It was an excellent choice. Close proximity to EVERYTHING. It was quiet, staff was amazing, Hotel was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect for us. The little bit of extra space and kitchenette was very helpful for our long weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Not a ton of choices, but even the picky eater was able to find something. The pool was clean, but a little chilly. We appreciated the outdoor sitting area for some down time. We were at the Mariemont Best Western for four days to attend a swim meet. Mariemont is an adorable, quaint village. The Best Western was such a unique hotel with much history. You will definitely enjoy your stay. The restaurant served wonderful food. We were thrilled with our stay.

Great location, easy parking and nice room. Bed and sheets are comfortable. Kuerig machine vs old nasty drip coffee maker is a nice upgrade. Nice towels. Fridge and microwave but I didn't use. The building exterior didn't look promising but the room has been updated. I will stay here again.

EVERY staff member was friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention BECCA, whose friendliness was outstanding. Her beautiful & sincere smile made us feel "at home". I spoke to several other guests who complimented Becca. She was "Miss Popularity"! My husband injured his hand while visiting relatives in the area, and I had to bring his breakfast to our room one day. Becca went out of her way to get me a container to accomplish this. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Room very clean and nice. Beds were comfy. Didn't use the pool but checked it out and it looked nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in a nice location and friendly staff, the fact that hotels dont offer daily housekeeping anymore is beyond my understanding

The staff was very pleasent and the food offered at the restaurant and fir breakfast were very good. I really liked the restaurant/bar on the 4th floor with the outdoor seating. One thing that would make this place even better would be a pool.

Beautiful rooms, restaurant, and bar. An absolutely gorgeous building and public spaces for guests. Friendly and helpful staff made luxury easy, and accessible to even the most simplest of travelers on a brilliant and welcoming level.

I enjoyed breakfast selection in the morning. I also like the friendly front desk staff.

The whole place was spotless and clean smelling. The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Both restaurants were top notch. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, we never felt like a bother. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you

Nice place to stay

I liked the pedestrian access to the bridge from the parking lot (using our room key). The room was clean and comfortable.

I like the closeness to my family’s home that I was in town to visit. Staff members were friendly, and breakfast had many good offerings.

Amazing hotel

Loved how close to downtown it was. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe doing so. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was very nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have eaten! The valet parking was very good!
