"What a lovely cottage. Comfortable and cozy, the kitchen is well set up with everything you will need and the beds are comfortable. The best feature is the back deck overlooking a beautiful backyard with huge trees housing different singing birds. The driveway is lit which was helpful at night. There is a lot of restaurants to choose from and its a great hub to explore the island. I would recommend this property to fellow travellers. "

"Great location, good amenities. Inside very clean, outside garden area trees and shrubs need immediate attention, also back yard needs similar cleanup. That being said we had a great 4 day stay and would recommend property."

"My Dad & I stayed for 5 nights, usually pass through Kilcunda, it was hard finding somewhere to stay during school holidays but glad I found La Cabana. Only a block from main road and easy walk to Cafe' (only place we ate) and across main road to The Bass Coast Rail Trail and steps to beach. Lorena & Paul were great hosts and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you, Diane"

While we didn't spend a lot of time indoors, the cottage itself was very peaceful and restful. Mary Ann was a gracious and attentive host, ensuring our stay was both pleasant and memorable. "This was a great safe location for me to have a toddler and child by myself. I felt comfortable going in and out and the carpark was convenient to the room door which made it easy with the toddler. There was more room than I expected and the staff were lovely. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again."
