The Space
This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home was designed to maximize comfort and showcase the incredible surrounding views. Large windows throughout the living and dining areas fill the home with natural light while framing endless blue ocean horizons that immediately make you feel like you've escaped to paradise.
The open living space offers comfortable seating, cable TV, wireless internet, and central air conditioning to keep guests cool and connected throughout their stay.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining area offers the perfect setting for gathering after a day on the water. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Mr. Coffee 12-cup drip coffee maker, ideal for slow island mornings before heading out to fish, snorkel, or explore the Keys.

Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.
Parking Information
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. The driveway measures approximately 12' long x 10' wide. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
