THE LOCATION…

BLUE HORIZON is located at Mile Marker 17 on Lower Sugarloaf Key. You'll be only a 20-minute drive or Uber ride from Key West, and the commute is beautiful: sapphire blue waters on either side of the road. Best of all, you have restaurant and entertainment options within minutes of your front door. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to Keys favorite, South of Seven, for fresh seafood and live music. You’ll also be within a few minutes of the local favorites Square Grouper and Baby’s Coffee.

THE PRIVATE POOL & GROUNDS...

BLUE HORIZON is a newly built home situated on an oversized corner lot that offers every desirable outdoor amenity you could ask for. The large 16 x 38 foot pool gets plenty of sun all day long and can be heated to your liking in the cooler months. Crank on the jets and relax in the jacuzzi. Surrounded by a concrete seawall, you can enjoy the abundance of marine life from just about anywhere on property. There’s also a small craft ramp for launching kayaks right from your back yard. Work on your tan under the sun while lounging on the pool deck in the chaises or retreat to the shade and kick back in one of the multiple covered seating areas.

Treat the whole group to a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and outdoor dining table that seats 6. Spend your evenings gathered around one of the two propane firepits on property. The grounds also include ample parking for multiple vehicles, an RV, boat trailer, and more. Guests can also use the large deep freezer, hammock, kayaks, and 2 bikes at the house.

THE LIVING AREA...

This elevated Keys home has a modern, comfortable interior that perfectly complements the sunny, beachy exterior. Incredible ocean views can be appreciated from every window of the living area. The plush sectional sofa sits in front of a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and every tool you’ll need to prepare meals at home. The indoor dining area has seating for 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. For anyone in your group that needs to get some work done, there’s a desk and chair tucked away off the living room. There's also a convenient powder room next to the living area.
