"The location of this condo is fantastic. 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to all that downtown Ventura has to offer, and there's a grocery store on the same block. The secure parking in the underground garage gives peace of mind while the best of California's homeless population is camping outside the gates. Being from the Mid-West, I did not know what an "art loft style condo" is or was. The dictionary was no help. The host makes it clear that this is an art loft style condo, and...
